The facts are^Slgortly these: — TheY Bishop of Wellington recently cancelled -tlie I license- of *th'e Rev J. C. Dodwell, a clergyman of this diocese. The clergyman has commenced an action against the Bishop to recover , damages for " illegal dismTsaal."'
