Last night Osborne Morgan, Undersecretary for the Colonies, stated lie had received replies from the Agents Goneral stating that the indignation proposals submitted to thetn were receiving due consideration at the hands of the Colonial Governments. Mr Morgan added that pending definite replies arrangements are being made for the establishment of an Emigrants' Information Bureau m connection with the Colonial Office. Constantinople. April 6. Trie Russian sqnadron which proceeded to Smyrna ti> re victual has returned to Siula Bay. A protocol has been signed providing for the appointment of a Governor for Eastern Rouinelia for a term of five years.
