Action Against National Bank.
(united press association.) Nelson, Monday. In the case Black v. the National Bank, an action for wrongful dismissal, Mr Jellicoe, for plaintiff, intimated that all the matters m dispute had been settled, and, the Attorney-General, for the defendants, expressed regret that anything the bank had done should have led to tho inference that Mr Black had been guilty of any impropriety or misconduct. The bank, he said, made no complaint or imputation against Mr Black. .......
