COLONIALS AT HOME.

Gold, silver and bronze medals are to be offered for the highest scores made by tfce colonial riflemen in the Imperial Prize competition at the National Rifle Association Meeting at Bisley. The llight Hon, It. J. Seddon (Premier of New Zealand) and Chief Justice Way (South Australia) addressed a i meeting at Shoreditch, London. It is intended to publish an official report of the proceedings at the recent Conference between the colonial Pre-, miers and the leading officials of the Colonial Office. The addresses of Mr Chamberlain and Mr Goschen will be given, together with the conclusions arrived at. (Received July 15, at 11.45 a.m.) London, July 15. The colonial troop? have been entertained at Cravdon and much enthusiasm was displayed. At the special try competition at Bisley., two hundred and five hundred ,yards. IJnwltrr, powney and Sloitno (Victorians) made ,the highest possibles at five hundred yards.
