SUPREME COURT.
SENTENCES AT CHRISTCHURCH. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 4. In th© Supreme Court to-day, prisoners were sentenced as follow: Leonard Wright, aged 37, for theft from a dwelling, six months haul labour. Rudolph Rreis, a young German, received seven years' gaol for breaking and enter'ng and theft, and arson, at Kaiapoi. Tl}o judge said that he would be glad to send the prisoner back to Germany. Albeit Gordon, for theft, was admitted to probation for a period of two years.
