The “Sunshine Box,” a medium for collecting funds to be expended on the children’s Christmas treat, was passed round at to-day’s luncheon of the Rotary Club, a substantial sum being collected. The president, Rotarian Jacobs, mentioned that arrangements had been made for the purchase of Christmas gifts as soon as the amount of money which could be expended in tliia direction was definitely known.
