IMPROVEMENT IN PLAY. FRENCH PAPERS’ COAIAIENTS. Received December 7, 9.20 a.m. PARIS, Dec. 6. The Alatin states tliat the Alaori footbalers are much faster and stronger and better trained than on their first appearance. “They give the impression of extraordinary strength and speed.” The Echo do Paris and the Auto concur that the Alaoris’ play is perfect. —A. and N.Z. cable. Prior to leaving France to play in England the Alaoris complained about the French food, stating that they were looking forward to more acceptable meals in England.
