NO MORE BORING SPEECHES. LONDON, Nov. 26. The Tunbridge \Vells( Kent) Chamber of Trade has successfully counteracted boring after-dinner speakers by means of gren and red electric lights. The former are shown after four minutes’ speaking, and at the end of five minutes a red flash appears. ' The audience signifies its desire for continuance by silence, and for cessation by applause.
