ARRIVAL AT MOSCOW. RIGA, Dec. 7. Mr A. J. Cook, secretary of the British Miners’ Federation, has arrived in Moscow. In an interview lie declared that tho continuation of the mining struggle was not far off. —A. and N.Z. cable.
