Mr H. Terry, of the clerical staff of the Eketahuna Post Office, is 'under transfer to Palmerston North. The friends of Mr W. Hooker, of the local Courthouse staff, will regret to learn that both his wife and Mrs F. Hooker, his mother, aro at present in hospital and are in a serious condition.
