ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Sept. 9. Frank Armstrong, a dentist, a married man, was found dead to-day, in his surgery, which was full of gas. He was sitting fully clothed in an armchair before the fireplace.
