SIR JOSEPH WARD.
SUFFERING FROM BAD COLD. (By Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 10. Sir Joseph AVard is still confined to his room in Parliament House, but ho hopes to be present at the sitting tomorrow or, if not, on Thursday. Ho is suffering from rather a severe cold and a cough of a type that has been prevalent in AA’ellington during the past few weeks.
