PAGANELLI APPLIES TO COURT. DIVORCeATy EDICT. (Australian Press Association.) Received September 11, 11.15 a.m. CAPETOWN, Sept. 10. Signor Paganelli, the well-known singer, has obtained leave from the Supreme Court to sue his wife for divorce by edict. They were married in Italy in 1912. In 1925, during a tour of Australia and New Zealand as a member of the Sistine Choir, he desired to accept an appointment at Wellington, but be had to decline as his wife refused to join him.
