The track was in good order and the attendance was large. Results:— MAIDEN RACE, of 175 sovs. Six furlongs. Won by three lengths, a length between second and third. Time, 1.15. OKEHU HANDICAP HURDLES RACE, of 225 sovs. One mile and three-quarters. 1 Prince Lu, 9.8 1 2 Elysianor, 10.11 2 7 Ah Wera, 9.0 3 Also started: Glengariff 10.13, Novar 10.2, Sunart 9.13, Beaumont, Brigadier Bill 9.9, Fine Acre 9.3, Airtight, Thurnbell. Lady Gay 9.0. Won by a length, a neck between second and third. Time, 3.13.
