LABOUR PARTY.
BRITISH MEMBERSHIP DECLINES. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) Received September 12, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 11. The Labour Party’s report records a decline in membership from 3,293,000 in 1927 to 2,077,000 last year. This is attributed to difficulties due to the Trades Union Act.
