DELEGATES TO CONFERENCE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 12. The New Zealand delegates to the Institute of Pacific Relations’ third biennial conference to be. held . at Kioto, Japan, commencing on October 23 and lasting until November 9, will be Mr W. B. Matheson, a member of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union; Professor Belshaw, Professor of Economics at Auckland University; Mr G. Lawn, M.A., lecturer in economics at Canterbury College; Miss Vera Hay, M.Sc., Auckland; Miss C. West-Watson, 8.A., Christchurch; Miss M. Seaton. Wellington; Mr L. G. Hogwood, 8.A., Auckland. The New Zealand delegates will leave by the Ulimaroa next Friday to join the Kaga Maru at Sydney.
