DETERMINED SUICIDE.
(Australian Press Association.) COLOGNE, Sept. 12. An elderly spinster who iived near Duisburg built a pyre of wood and poured large quantities of petrol over it. She then stripped off her clothing, set fire to the wood, and sprang into the centre of the flames. Her body was reduced to a cinder before rescue was possible. ___
