ANIMAL HOSPITAL.
VALUABLE WORK IN AUCKLAND. (By Telegraph—Special to Standard.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 13. The Blue Cross hospital for animals at New Lynn, the only one of its kind in the Dominion, is doing valuable work. Since the hospital was opened last December 21 dogs, 81 cats, one kangaro and several parrots and ducks have been in hospital, this number including 96 “boarders. ’
