LORD IRWIN RETURNING NEXT WEEK. (British Official Wireless.) Received September 16, 10 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 15. Lord Irwin, Governor-General of India, and Lady Irwin, who will conclude their holiday in England next month, will leave London on October 10 for Marseilles, en route for Bombay. On arrival at Bombay Lord Irwin will resume as Viceroy of India. Lord Gosclien has held the office during Lord Irwin’s absence.
