SUPREME COURT.
SENTENCES AT AUCKLAND. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 16. In the Supreme Court to-day, Nathaniel Cameron Gow, who was charged with breaking and entering and theft, was sentenced to two years’ hard labour, His Honour Sir Alexander Herdman remarking that accused had lived by thieving. James Mac Andrew, for forgery and uttering, was sentenced to 18 months’ reformative treatment. Harry Forman, aged 24, a secondhand dealer, for receiving stolen goods, received nine months’ imprisonment.
