Mr H. Gilbert, a member of. the literary staff of the Christchurch Sun, accompanied by Mrs Gilbert, is a visitor to Palmerston North. Visitors welcomed at the Lunch Club yesterday were Messrs C. G. Alcorn (Auckland), T. Watson : (Feilding), Dr Burns Watson (Invercargill), J. N. Carter (Christchurch), J; Holderness (Hastings) and P. Burns (Auckland).
