Per Press Association. ' _ CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 18. Evidence that he had had to travel at from 60 to 65 miles an hour to catch Dr. R. H. Baxter when the doctor was driving his car from New Brighton to, town, via Bower Bridge, was given fn the Magistrate’s Court to-day by Inspector S. F. Napper when he charged the doctor with driving at a dangerous speed. Defendant was fined £3.
