MASSEY COLLEGE.

WORK OF CONSTRUCTION. BOTH BLOCKS COMMENCED. The preliminary construction work in connection with the erection of the new buildings for the Massey Agricultural College is proceeding rapidly, a commencement having been made with both the refrectory and the main science block.

Materials are constantly arriving on the' site, and thirty-six men are at present engaged. The number of employees will gradually be increased as the work takes shape, and r it is anticipated that in six weeks there will be about one hundred men employed. The oontract time for the completion of the work is two years.
