OPTIONAL CLAUSE.
SIGNING A*T GENEVA. TEN YriARS’-ACCEPTANCE. (Australian Press Association.) Received September 19, 9 a.m. GENEVA, Sept. 18. All the Empire delegations, except the Irish Free State, are ceremonially signing the optional clause in the agreed form to-morrow. It is understood that the form limits its acceptance to ten years and includes disputes between members of the British Empire, also those disputes falling within the jurisdiction of Empire courts.
