UNIVERSITY DEBATERS.
NEW ZEALAND SUCCESS ABROAD. Received September 19, 10 a.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 19. In the debate at the University last night, Mr Seam, representing the New Zealand University Colleges affirmed that the emergence of women from the home was a depressing feature in modern life.
The subject was discussed with a certain humour generally and the New Zealanders won by an overwhelming majority.
