RHINELAND TROOPS.

MOVEMENT OF BRITISH FORCES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 17. General Sir William Thwaites, Com-mander-in-Chief of the British Army on the Rhine, to-day visited the War Office and had consultations regarding tho evacuation and movement of troops. It is understood on good authority that a full time-table has been completed. The _ position of many who may temporarily be out of employment on their return to civil life lias also been under consideration. General Thwaites is returning to Wiesbaden almost immediately.
