PREMIER AND CHANCELLOR. LONDON CORPORATION’S DECISION. (Australian Press Association. —United Service.) Received September 20. 10 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 19. The City of London Corporation has decided to confer the Freedom of the City upon Mr Ramsay MacDonald and Mr'Philip Snowden—on the former for the indomitable courage, energy and ability by which he raised himself to his preesnt high office, also for lus efforts to promote a better understanding with the United States and the limitation of armaments; on the latter for his protection of British interests at The Hague.
