MEETING TO-MORROW. PREMIER’S AMERICAN VISIT. PERSONNEL OF PARTY. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (British Official Wireless.) Reoeived September 24, 10.50 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 23. Cabinet has been summoned for Wednesday. It is expected that Cabinet will be in session practically the whole day. in view of tne lact that Mr Ramsay MacDonald leaves on Friday night for Southampton to board the Berengaria for America. The Prime Minister will be away from England about four weeks. The Eersonnel of Mr MacDonald’s party as not yet been finally completed, but in addition to Miss Ishbel MacDonald it will include Lord Arnold, Sir Robert Vansittart (the Prime Minister’s principal private secretary), Miss Rosenberg (personal private secretary) and Mr Craigie, head of the American Department of the Foreign Office. Lord Arnold is a close personal friend of the Prime Minister. He holds the office of Paymaster-General, but his few departmental duties enable him to take .a large share of the general work of the Government.
