TOKOMARU.
(From Our Own Correspondent). TOKOMARU, Sept. 23. Mr J. Stokes leaves on Wednesday for Wanganui, after being the guest of Mr E. Stokes. Mrs. A. Grady is visiting friends at Napier. Mrs E. Gilmor left on Sunday by car for a short visit to the Taranaki district.. Mrs, H. Parr • and daughter have returned from Wellington where they were visiting relations. Mr It. Sunkell returned to his home during the week after an enjoyable car tour of the Taranaki district. Mr D. has been the guest of Mr and Mrs J. Wells. Mr 9. McEaggan, of Wellington, has been visiting friends and relations in the district. • A “Gaiety Night Dance” will be held in aid of the Tennis Club’s funds next month. The committee have arranged novelty dances during the evening.
