GENEVA SESSION.
ECONOMIC COMMISSION. PROPOSED CONFERENCE. (British Official Wireless.) Received September 24, 10 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 23. _ The report of the League Economic Commisison was adopted unanimously to-day by the League Assembly at Geneva. The report proposed that, before the end of this year, the Governments should notify Sir Eric Drummond, Sec-retary-General of the League, if they are willing to participate in an Intelnational Economic Conference to abolish, or reduce, all hindrances to international trade, such conference to be held before the end of January, 1930.
