AUCKLAND, Sept. 27. “We are spending stupendous sums of money on education in New Zealand and we are wasting a good deal of it,” said Mr A. Spencer, president of the Auckland Provincial Employers’ Association at the annual meeting. Mr Spencer said that he felt New Zealand was over-educating p its young people.
