ORONSAY’S VOYAGE.
TWO DEATHS. (Australian Press Association.—United Service.) LONDON, Sept. 25. During the Oronsay’s voyage home, Walter Hamblett, aged sixty-eight, died of pneumonia on September 14 and was buried at Port Said. Miss Mary Matheson, aged seventy, died four days later and was buried at sea. Both were first-class passengers. A third-class passenger, Albert Sanderson, contracted appendicitis in the Mediterranean and the ship’s surgeon successfully performed an operation. When the Oronsay reached Plymouth to-day, Sanderson’s condition was satisfactory.
