FATAL MISTAKE.
DEATH AT WARKWORTH. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 26. Mr R. Stevenson,- who was injured by an explosion of hepzine, that had been -used in mistake for kerosene, died in the Warkworth cottage hospital to-day.
