Wireless photography and wireless telephony were employed in a remarkable consultation between doctors in Berlin and Buenos Aires. Dr. Pavia, an Argentinian, who is at present in Berlin, had a photograph of a patient’s eye wirelessed to Professor Castel, a Buenos Aires specialist, to whom was telephoned an account of ’the symptoms. . , , , The photograph was received clearly, and Professor Castel diagnosed the disease as a fatal case and incurable. The patient is not aware that a specialist 8000 miles away read hie death warrant.
