ADVANCE ON CAPITAL. NADIR KHAN’S CLAIM. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) DELHI, Sept. 26.. Tho British authorities are again experiencing the greatest difficulty in preventing the tribesmen on the British side of the frontier from participating in the Afghan civil war. Nadir Khan claims a spectacular victory at Tirah over the troops led by Habibullah. It is believed that Nadir Khan is advancing on Kabul immediately. Meanwhile Habibullah is not idle. The opposing forces are enduring iron discipline and great hardships.
