AUSTRALIAN STATES.
ADELAIDE, Jan. 25. The State Premier, Mr L. L. Hill, will shortly take steps to convene a conference between representatives •of the South Australian, Western Australian and Tasmanian Governments to discuss the disabilities suffered by those States under the Federation. Mr Hill said that there was no stability of the Federal grants made, but the disabilities remained.
