BANKRUPT ESTATE.
Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 26. Poor stakes at race meetings, wins narrowly missed, drought and a general Jack of business ability and experience were blamed for his failure by Royden Benjamin Berry, a horsetrainer, of Templeton, who met his creditors this morning. The amount owing to unsecured creditors was £lO3l. ThCre was £3420 owing to secured creditors. The value of the security to secured creditors was estimated at £1176, the total debts were £3275, and the assets £B6, leaving a total deficiency of £3IBB. The creditors were sympathetic, and the estate-was left in the hands of the Official Assignee. The creditors recommended him to facilitate bank-; l-upt’s discharge. ' -
