NEW ATTORNEY-GENERAL. (British Official Wireless.) Received January 28, 8.5 a.m. RUGBY, Jan. 27. The King has approved of the appointment of Sir Thomas Inskip, Soli-citor-General, to be Attorney-General in succession to Sir William Jowitt, who has resigned; and of Sir Frank Merriman to be Solicitor-General.
