IF DOLLAR COLLAPSES.
CRISIS WORSE THAN STERLING

No sane Briton would.take pleasure in such a deplorable prospect as the dollar’s collapse. Nevertheless, the threat to the dollar may convince Americans that they cannot escape the effects of the world crisis, and this may be the beginning of wisdom regarding reparations and war debts.
