Borne of yesterday’s highest readings are as follows: Tomingley 121 degrees, iWilcannia 120, Canowindra 118, Narromine 116, Junee 113, Forbes 112, Merriwa and'Wagga 111, Quirindi 109, Tamworth 105, Canberra 104. . Canowindra’s average daily temperature since Christmas Day has been 107 degrees. Quirindi had ten successive days over the century mark.
