RUGBY, Jan. 27. i Exceptionally large reductions in train, steamship, and aeroplane fares fire included in the concessions Extended to overseas visitors to the British Industrial Fair which- will open in London and Birmingham on February 22. ■Foreign as well as British railways are co-operating in the concessions, which include reductions of 25 per cent, on German, Polish and Turkish railways; reduction of 25 per cent, and 33 1-3 per cent, on the steamship fares from the principal North European ports; also large reductions on the British- and Continental air lines.
