BOWLING.
MANAWATU CENTRE. ANNUAL VISIT TO WELLINGTON. ' Mr J. A. Nash,. M.P., president of the Palmerston North Bowhng Centre, recently communicated with Mr jJ. Kershaw acting secretary of the I Wellington Bowling Centre, suggesting that toe annual inter-centra match be played at Wellington on February 17, Mr Kershaw has replied stating' that the matter will be placed before the executive committee on Monday night. Mr Nash also extended to the Wellington Centre an invitation to visit Palmerston North this season. An endeavour is also being made to pay visits to the Masterton and Carterton Clubs.
