Per Press Association.. . WELLINGTON, Jan. 29. An important stage in the development of the how cycling control in New Zealand was reached last evening when representatives of the New Zealand Union of Cyclists and the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association .met as the New Zealand Cycling Council. It was deciedd to request the New Zealnnd Amateur Athletic Council and the New Zealand Union of Cyclists to advise the Union Cycliste Internationale of the agreement regarding the new control and . ask that the newly-formed New Zealand Cycling Federation be given affiliation.
