NEW FRENCH LINERS.
CONSTRUCTION STOPPED. Received February 1, 1.50 p.m. PARIS, Jan. 31. Following the rejection of the conditions for Government credits with which to build the super liner He de France, the company has stopped work on this vessel and another liner building at Nazaire. Four thousand’ shipbuilding employees have been dismissed.
