THREE RECORDS BROKEN. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 12. The most outstanding performance ever put up by a Christ’s Coliege cricket team was recorded to-day during the course of the annual match with Otago Boys’ High School. Three records went by the board. The first wicket partnership produced 344, easily beating the previous record of 214 put up in 1917 against Christchurch Boys’ High School by R. Blunt and T. W. Tothill. P. J. Byrne batted solidly all day for 208 not out, thus beating Blunt’s record score of 204 in the match previously mentioned, and the College team declared, at stumps with two down for 567. F. M. Fenwick made 193, and T. A. Harpur 117.
