AID TO UNEMPLOYED.
The Prince of Wales is heading a national movement to help unemployjed, and the Prime Minister, Mr RamIsay MacDonald, has consulted Church, education, industry, and social work leaders in regard to tho scheme, which j will be launched with an appeal for j funds very, shortly. The fund will be supplemented by grants from the Government and the Carnegie trustees. Work camps and recreation clubs will be established with the object of preserving the moral of the unemployed.
