MEETING OF FIVE POWERS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Dec. 12. A Geneva message states that a meeting of the Five-Powers, with Mr Arthur Henderson presiding in his capacity as President of the Disarmament Conference, will be held in London on January 16 to settle various points connected with yesterday’s declaration made by Great Britain, France, Germany, United States and Italy regarding equality of status, security and progressive disarmament.
