HOKOWHITU SWIMMING CLUB

The usual weekly club night of the Hokowliitu Swimming Club was held last night in ideal conditions. A large gathering was present and the first ol a series of points races was run off, with the following results: Junior girls (under 16), 20 yards. — D. Kingsbeer 1, A. Swan 2, M. Bloomfield 3. Junior boys (under 14), 33 1-3 yards. —A. Wesclie (osec.) 1, J. Thompson (llsec.) 2, G. Morris (lsec.) 3. Intermediate boys (14-17) 33 1-3 yards. —R. Tremewan (3sec.) 1, G. Young (4sec.) 2, R. Holmes (3sec.) 3. Senior men, 33 1-3 yards. G. Rattle (lsec.) 1, D. Plank (2sec.) 2, M. Parsons (ssec.) 3. G. Rattle’s team won the relay, with D. Plank’s team second and J. Strand's team third.
