SANDWICHES.
Ham and Peanut Sandwiches.— Spread thin slices of white bread with peanut butter and brown bread with ham minced, and season with mustard and pepper. Pat together white brown, white, brown and white; press well and cut into crescents. Salmon and Cucumber Sandwiches. —One cupful salmon, one tablespoontul mayonnaise, one cupful sliced cucumber. Mix salmon and mayonnaise together; spread on buttered slices of bread, lay on the cucumber, cover w T ith b u Jtered bread and cut into rounds. Salmon Sandwiches.—Mil well together, one cupful tinned salmon, one tablespoonful mashed potatoes, • tablespoonful butter, seasoning of vinegar, salt and pepper to suit taste, and make into sandwiches. Cotillion Sandwiches.—These are nice for a supper dish. Mince up some cold roast turkey, duck or fowl, cut some thin slices bread and butter, cover with the meat and season with mustard. Put together slice of bread and butter on. top, press together and cut into shape.
