(b) Alteration of term of Licenses, fc) Preservation of grass plots in course of preparation ; (d) Use of musical instruments, loud speakers and wireless sets. (e) Removal of unnecessary culverts. (f) Installing bicycle stands and control thereof. (g) Control of dogs. (h) "Water service pipes. (i) Use of firearms at Tiritea Watershed Reserve. A Copy of such amendments, repeals and By-faws is deposited at the office of the Town Clerk, the Council Chambers, the Square, Palmerston North, and will be open to the inspection of the Public during office hours from 4th JANUARY. 1933, to 13tl!
